Hi

Well, I have been gone for a while now....Hi to my good friends here; how has it been? I have written some poetry today, that I am in no way ready to post here, but I think I may need a new notebook soon (just rambling on and on) My brother's Birthday was June the 21st, but I thought it was the 22nd, so I gave him a card at 12:00 am; we laughed about it but I still felt bad, my brother does not believe in "belated" Birthdays, but I guess he will understand that I did not do it on purpose. So, my 23rd birthday will be this Sunday July 11th; I know I kind of say this every year, but 7/11 is just such a cool day to have as a Birthday; I would not want my Birthday to be on a holiday, because I think that takes away from the holiday, but at a time that is not a real holiday, is cool. (yeah, more rambling) About being another year older pretty soon....I do not really think too much of it, since 23 is still pretty young, but it sucks that Taylor Swift's song "22"  will no longer apply to me! I am probably going to make a list of goals I want to set for myself, like New Years Resolutions, and like that, it probably will not last, but nothing ventured, nothing gained....(what to ramble about next?) One thing I want to change is my work ethic or lack thereof; I am prone to procrastination and can be easily distracted on the internet; definitely have to fix that. And I am even neglecting my writing; I remember a time when I wrote everyday, and did not feel like I was forcing myself to; I so want those days back, because deep down I do like poetry and novels, and hope I can be able to write--along with other things--for the rest of my life, so with my writing, I hope to bring the passion back....(I guess rambling over)
